Location: Haldimand County
Community Living Haldimand has been supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1958. We are located in Haldimand County, with sites in Dunnville, Cayuga and Hagersville.
The Passport Support Provider supports individuals to participate in activities of their choice through a purchased services contract by transporting individuals within Haldimand County and outside of the County as determined by activities purchased. The Passport Support Provider will attend with and support individuals to participate in various activities such as sporting events, movies, and recreational and leisure activities.

- Have experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is an asset
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License - G or G2 and reliable transportation
- Possess NVCI certification - current or take our certified course, hiring requirement
- Have First-Aid/CPR Level B or C - must be current or obtain at own cost
- Are comfortable with using and have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, ShareVision, Teams
