We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to become an integral part of our Orangeville headquarters.
This is more than just an administrative role. We are looking for a professional who will be involved in the central hub of our operations, ensuring our office runs efficiently and our finances are managed effectively. You will be the key support for our team, handling a diverse range of responsibilities from payroll and HR administration to full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks.
- Be the friendly and professional voice of TAG International by answering and directing incoming calls
- Manage all office administration, including, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
- Update scheduling databases and support the preparation of investigation reports
- Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Take ownership of our financial data by maintaining customer information in QuickBooks
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, including processing customer invoices and collections
- Prepare bank deposits and perform critical account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
- Act as the primary contact for payroll and HR administration
- Handle the bi-weekly payroll transmittal to our provider, Ceridian
- Manage WSIB claims and the administration of medical and dental benefits
- Maintain confidential personnel files and support the onboarding of new employees
- Process monthly government remittances with precision
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid Office Manager/Bookkeeper role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- College diploma in accounting, a related university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly polished customer service and communication skills
- Experience in the Security and Investigations industry is considered a strong asset
