Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners protect and maintain their homes. In this role, you will go door-to-door and connect with homeowners, present our service packages, and close sales. This position has uncapped earning potential — plus bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and results-driven, with a willingness to learn a proven sales system and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by connecting with homeowners directly and presenting our service plans
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our subscription services and upsells
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing or referrals to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM or tracking system
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn commissions and performance bonuses
- Collaborate with the owner to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
