What You'll Do
Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
Explain vehicle features, financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Stay current on Ford products, technology, and promotions
Deliver an outstanding ownership experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
