LANDSCAPER / HARDSCAPE LABOURER
My Guys Landscaping is a growing Calgary-based landscaping company looking for a motivated and hardworking Landscaper with Hardscaping Experience to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping projects throughout Calgary and the surrounding area.
Position: Landscaper / Hardscape Installer
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal (Potential for Year-Round Employment)
Compensation: Competitive wages based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and material placement
- Install sod, decorative rock, mulch, trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Assist with irrigation system installations and repairs
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping and hardscaping experience preferred
- Experience installing paving stones, retaining walls, and landscape construction projects
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment is an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with irrigation systems is considered an asset
