Who we are looking for:
If you are an energetic professional with strong communication and administrative skills then we would love to hear from you! We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a fast paced environment and loves a busy schedule that includes both in office and out of office work.
What is expected from you:
- Learn the foundational requirements of an assistant in order to support a Property Manager;
- Assist in managing a portfolio of properties including but not limited to: owner and tenant relations/matters, maintenance contracts and other building related items;
- Assist the Property Manager with interactions with a Board of Directors or Landlords, including but not limited to: financial statement distribution, maintenance request approvals, and building project items;
- Handle all inquiries from current internal and external clients professionally and courteously by identifying and understanding their needs, as well as preparing communications, responding to requests and coordinating service calls;
- Work closely with internal maintenance operators and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and general repairs;
- Other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed, candidates must possess the following combination of education, experience and/or skills:
· Two-year business diploma, an administrative diploma or equivalent experience is an asset
· Experience in property management, condominium management or real estate is an asset but not required
- A basic understanding of accounting functions
- Ability to review and interpret financial data
- Computer skills with experience knowledge in Microsoft software
- Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet changing demands

Schedule:
Remuneration will be based on experience.
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle as attending properties will be a requirement.
