Job Description
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, billing concerns, and policy changes.
- Handle new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and follow-up with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to support account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Support new client acquisition through referrals, leads, and proactive sales efforts.
- Provide guidance on claims processes and assist clients throughout the claims journey.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications
- RIBO licence (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with broker management systems is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
