We’re looking for a solid renovation all-rounder who can jump into different types of work without needing hand-holding every step of the way.
This is not a “just getting started” position. We need someone who already knows their way around residential renovation work and can handle a mix of framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, trim, patch work, and general finishing tasks.
If you’re the type of person who can walk onto a job site, understand what needs to be done, and get moving, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be helping with a variety of renovation projects across the GTA, including:
- Interior framing
- Drywall patching and repairs
- Flooring installation
- Tiling
- Trim, doors, and finishing work
- Small demolition and prep work
- General repairs and punch-list items
- Site clean-up and material handling
- Helping keep projects moving without constant supervision
What We’re Looking For
The ideal person is someone who:
- Has hands-on renovation/construction experience
- Can handle multiple types of work, not just one trade
- Takes pride in clean, solid work
- Can read basic instructions and follow project notes
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Can work independently when needed
- Has their own vehicle
- Is willing to travel to job sites anywhere in the GTA
- Has their own basic tools preferred
- Is comfortable working 45–50 hours per week
This Job Is Not for You If
- You are brand new to construction
- You only know one small part of renovation work
- You need constant supervision
- You are not comfortable driving around the GTA
