We are currently seeking an applicant to fulfill a Night shift position as a parts clerk. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct parts and supplies.
Night shift hours are from 12pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers (walk-in, over the phone or via email), technicians, and service advisors with parts identification and sales.
- Identify correct parts using VIN/ESN and electronic parts catalog systems.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stocking.
- Pre-pull and stage parts for scheduled service repairs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts or diesel engine components (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
