What You'll Do
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners for integrated care
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and SOAP notes
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretches, and home exercises
- Uphold professional, ethical, and hygienic standards at all times
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
- Stay current with continuing education and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For
- Current registration in good standing with the applicable provincial RMT regulatory body
- Diploma or degree from an accredited massage therapy program
- Valid liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends (an asset)
