Fitness Sales Consultant
Part-Time with Growth Opportunity
Location: Toronto — The Beaches
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus performance-based commission and bonuses
Hours: This position starts part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as Thrive Fit continues to expand.
Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

This is a consultative sales role for someone who can build trust, ask thoughtful questions, follow up persistently and confidently ask qualified prospects to take the next step.

What You Will Be Doing
You will guide prospective clients from their first inquiry through joining our Fit Reset transformation program and, when appropriate, transitioning into our long-term Thrive 365 membership.
You will also help satisfied clients share their success through reviews, referrals and testimonials.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to new inquiries quickly, with a target of five minutes or less during assigned coverage hours
- Calling, texting and emailing prospective clients
- Booking qualified prospects into Body Reset Baseline consultations
- Conducting Body Reset Baseline consultations
- Understanding each prospect’s goals, barriers, previous experiences and motivation
- Determining whether Thrive Fit is the right fit for the prospect
- Presenting the Fit Reset program and confidently asking for the sale
- Following up with prospects who need additional time
- Transitioning suitable Fit Reset clients into Thrive 365 annual memberships
- Maintaining accurate sales records and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel
- Completing thorough handoffs to our Client Success and coaching teams
- Requesting Google reviews, client referrals and video testimonials
- Tracking your sales activity, conversion rates and results

Schedule Expectations
This is not a traditional Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 role.
Consultation blocks will be scheduled around the availability of our ideal clients. This may include:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Occasional weekends
- Split consultation blocks
- Short-notice calls or follow-up when a qualified lead is ready to speak
The right candidate will understand that fast, flexible follow-up is a major part of succeeding in this position.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to create opportunities and fill their schedule, not someone who waits passively for appointments to appear.
