We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the Insurance domain.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions in the Insurance domain.

Provide technical leadership across Salesforce FSC implementations

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Insurance lifecycle processes (lead to policy servicing)

Drive integration strategy and implementation (CTI, SSO, external systems)

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
-
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
Salesforce & Domain Expertise

10+ years of salesforce implementation
-
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the Insurance domain
-
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead in Insurance projects.

Strong understanding of Insurance business processes, including:

Policy lifecycle (pre-bind and post-bind servicing)

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce core functionalities:

1+ year of experience with Five9 CTI integration

1+ year of experience with Okta or other SSO solutions

Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
