Overview
Detail-oriented Construction Assistant with full project support (skilled in Excel, etc), client communication, business coordination, and administrative support. Strong organizational abilities with eagerness to grow within the construction industry, continuously learning on the job, and contributing to efficient project execution and team success.
Responsibilities
- Responding to emails, following up with customers, discussing project details with management, understanding client needs for new projects (such as custom home builds or renovations), preparing quotations, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the project. The ability to manage emails promptly and coordinate between clients, site teams, and management is essential.
Experiences to grow - it is an asset, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build their skills in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with invoices, quotations, agreements, contracts, project documentation, and general construction administration.
- Experience with project management software, including Excel, etc.
- Understanding of construction processes and scheduling.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors.
