We are looking for detail-oriented Compounding and Pharmacy Assistant to join our team! As a Compounding and Pharmacy Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed pharmacists to ensure the safe and accurate preparation of medications for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compound medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the compounding area
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures in the compounding process
- Assist pharmacists with daily tasks such as medication dispensing and inventory management of regular medications
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers
- We are prepared to hire for compounding Only, or a mix of compounding and dispensing hybrid position.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Compounding non-sterile compounds in a compounding pharmacy in canada.
- Knowledge of compounding procedures and terminology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
