Ultra Hair Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, experienced hairstylist to join our team in a unique specialty role focused on hair restoration, scalp health, and advanced hair systems.
This is not a traditional salon position.
Our clinic combines hairstyling, hair restoration, scalp wellness, and custom hair systems in a highly personalized, transformation-focused environment. We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled behind the chair, but who also values relationship-building, client confidence, and meaningful work.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience with cutting, colouring, blending, and styling
- Is detail-oriented and technically strong
- Has a warm, professional, and emotionally intelligent personality
- Enjoys building long-term client relationships
- Is interested in scalp health, hair loss, and transformational services
- Is motivated, reliable, and growth-minded
- Works well within a collaborative team environment
Experience with hair systems is NOT required. We are willing to mentor and train the right person with the right foundation skillset, attitude, and personality.
Responsibilities may include:
- Cutting, colouring, and blending bio hair with hair systems
- Hair systems maintenance and styling
- Assisting with custom hair replacement services
- Supporting scalp health and restoration clients
- Providing elevated consultation and client care experiences
- Building strong, trust-based client relationships
