Housekeeper & Property Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with both household cleaning and light outdoor property maintenance at a private residence located on the south side of Rice Lake.
Schedule:
- Approximately 3 days per week
- Part-time hours
- $22.00 per hour
Indoor Responsibilities:
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Refrigerator cleaning and other routine household tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized home environment
Outdoor Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Watering flowers and gardens (automatic watering system in place)
- Light weeding and pruning
- General yard upkeep
- Collecting eggs from the chicken coop
- Occasional coop clean-out/raking
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is essential (property is in a rural location and not accessible by public transit)
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with housekeeping and basic property maintenance preferred
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
