Overview
We are seeking friendly and reliable Customer Service Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. Duties
- Take customer orders by phone and in person.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Assist with basic food preparation.
- Clean and maintain dining and work areas.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Multilingual capabilities are considered a significant asset but not necessary for serving diverse client bases
