About the Role
As our Lead Automotive Detailer, you'll be responsible for running your own detailing bay from start to finish. You'll greet customers, complete vehicle walk-arounds, perform high-quality detailing services, recommend additional services when appropriate, and deliver every vehicle to a professional standard.
You'll have access to professional-grade equipment including commercial vacuums, extractors, pressure washers, polishers, premium chemicals, and a clean, heated, organized workspace so you can focus on producing exceptional work.
This is a performance-based commission position that rewards quality, efficiency, and customer service. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers while increasing your earnings through excellent workmanship and honest recommendations.
A Typical Day
- Welcome customers and complete a vehicle walk-around to understand their expectations.
- Recommend additional services when they genuinely add value.
- Complete premium detailing services with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers throughout the day and notify them when their vehicle is ready.
- Deliver a vehicle you're proud to put your name on.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help keep the shop operating professionally.
- Most detailers complete one or two vehicles per day, but quality always comes before speed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years of professional detailing experience.
- Experience with polishing and paint correction.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially on interior work.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Professional communication and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and accountable.
- Passionate about cars and proud of your craftsmanship.
- Comfortable working in an environment where social media content is regularly being created.
