International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands. IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Weston Ford as a Service Advisor. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.
Location: 2062 Weston Road, Toronto ON M9N 1X5
Here's what you'll deliver:
- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
- Make best-value repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
- Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Manage delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
- Follow up after visit to ensure that customer's expectations were met/exceeded
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Enforce organizational safety standards
- Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels and sales results
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working within a Dealership environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Professional phone handling experience
- Customer-service and sales experience
