We are currently seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator for a full-time opportunity with a leading label and packaging manufacturer in Vaughan.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting equipment to meet production requirements.
- Produce high-quality labels and printed materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Read and interpret production orders, job tickets, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and minimize material waste.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience operating die cutting machines in a label, printing, packaging, or converting environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift materials as required and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
