Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Painter / General Labourer to join our construction and restoration team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role—no prior painting or construction experience is required. Full training is provided.
You’ll work on a variety of residential and light commercial projects, gaining practical skills, learning how job sites operate, and contributing to high-quality results our clients can be proud of. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and basic spray equipment (training provided)
- Set up and clean up job sites daily to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Safely use hand tools and basic power tools under supervision
- Follow company safety procedures and job instructions at all times
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards
- Communicate respectfully with team members and homeowners on site

Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labour
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset (not mandatory for all candidates)
- Availability during weekdays and/or weekends

Pay: $18.20-$26.00 per hour
