Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. Experience in cleaning and hospitality is preferred, along with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet company standards and client expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to detail
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Must own a vehicle & valid drivers license
- Prior experience in residential cleaning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
