At Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic, we combine hands-on manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, active rehab, and functional training. We are planning to expand to a new location and are looking to build our team ahead of our move early 2027 spring. This is a great chance to grow with us from the ground up and be part of shaping a thriving clinic culture.
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive Clinical Pilates training (optional with condition)
- Modalities: shockwave therapy, Dry needling, ultrasound, electrotherapy, as well as both gym and advanced Pilates equipment.

- Signing Bonus: Between $1,000 and $2,000, depending on work hours and conditions + Clinical Pilates training enthusiastic physiotherapists.

Specific Work Terms and Conditions
Work terms can be discussed upon submission of your resume.
- Contractor positions: Commission-based, ideal for physiotherapists who prefer flexible arrangements while growing their practice.
Preferred Work Dates and Hours
We are currently looking for physiotherapists to cover the following times, but these can be discussed, and more flexibility will be available once we move to our new, larger location. Additional hours will also become available as our clinic expands:
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: Between 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
FAQ: Clinical Pilates Training
Step 1 basic Pilates : the course fee is currently $3400. but it could be complimentary with some condition.
We are currently developing a high-level Clinical Pilates program integrated with physiotherapy assessment modalities, which will also be available to staff at a discounted rate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $124.00-$134.00 per hour
