ABOUT THE ROLE
Townhill Construction is a growing construction and real estate firm operating across the GTA with a strong track record of completed projects. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, people-first individual who wants to build a high-earning, flexible career — on their own terms.
We provide qualified leads and proven procedures. Your job is to show up, build relationships, and close. No cold calling, no lead generation — just selling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Visit pre-qualified leads provided by our team across the GTA
- Represent Townhill professionally in client meetings and site visits
- Follow our proven sales process and scripts (full training provided)
- Maintain clear communication and updates on lead progress
- Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Education:Diploma or degree in any field
- Experience:Minimum 1 year in customer service or client-facing role
- Asset:Prior experience in sales will be a strong advantage
- Industry Interest:Genuine curiosity or knowledge of construction or real estate in the GTA
- Self-Starter:Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Reliable Transportation:Ability to travel to client sites across the GTA
Structure100% CommissionUncapped earning potential. The more you close, the more you earn. High performers in similar roles earn significantly above average market salaries.
