We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Car Wash Manager / Service Technician to oversee the daily operations of our car wash while ensuring our equipment is running at its best. Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash.
Lead, train, and schedule staff.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Monitor chemical levels and equipment performance.
Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Order supplies and manage inventory.
Open and close the business as required.
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with pumps, motors, plumbing, electrical systems, or equipment maintenance is an asset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Valid driver’s licence with reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
