At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter who brings strong capability in corporate recruitment and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
What you'll do:
- Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
