Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers, ensuring an exemplary dining experience
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Provide detailed information and recommendations regarding menu items
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in adherence to our established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food display section and kitchen areas
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
