Prep'n Sell
Description:
- Independent Cleaning Contractors needed immediately for occasional contract work, cleaning & decluttering residential homes, plus construction clean-ups.
- Prep'n Sell is a general contracting company, managing jobs of all sizes from small to large. We provide a "one-call" service for our clients, which often includes cleaning.
- We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED residential home cleaners for occasional Monday to Saturday daytime work.
- Residential house cleaning - minimum 1 year experience required
- Particular attention to kitchens, including appliances, & bathrooms
- Construction clean-up experience is an asset
- Decluttering experience is an asset
Requirements:
- You are an independent contractor and invoice us for your work.
- Provide a 2- to 3-person crew when required.
- Provide your own transportation and well-maintained tools (vacuums, mops, pails, dusters, cloths, etc.) & cleaning supplies.
- Bondable, trustworthy, reliable, punctual & accountable for the quality of work.
- Follow directions & complete tasks properly.
- Keep a clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job.
- Appropriate care to protect the client's property & prevent problems before they happen.
- Professional, courteous manner while at the job site.
- Efficient, meticulous attention to detail, pride in providing excellent work.
