Well Beings Counselling is a leading mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services. Our mission is to support individuals in their journey towards mental well-being. We are now expanding our team to include a Sales Associate with a background in psychology to help us reach more clients and provide them with the support they need.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Intake Psychotherapist who possesses both sales acumen and a background in psychology. This full-time, independent contractor role is crucial in converting potential clients into active clients through consultation calls. Your main focus will be on advanced booking of therapy sessions and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive our business growth. While you won’t be providing therapy, your understanding of mental health will help you connect with potential clients and understand their needs better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultation calls with potential clients to understand their needs and explain our services.
- Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our therapy services.
- Focus on advanced booking of therapy sessions to ensure client engagement and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Work closely with our therapy team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
- Proven experience in sales or client conversion roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and understanding nature to connect with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Assets
- Familiarity with Janeapp scheduling software
