Basil Leaf is a locally owned Vietnamese and Asian fusion resturant. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable servers to join our team
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take food and beverage orders using POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality.
- Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with Kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
