We are seeking a motivated and dynamic windows and doors Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on high-end products and exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Conduct windows door sales presentations to potential customers in designated neighborhoods.
- Demonstrate products effectively, showcasing features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions.
- Build rapport with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize negotiation techniques to close sales and upsell additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities for account management purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help refine product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during all sales activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end retail or product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively.
- Background in renovation or construction is advantageous.
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets.
