Team Lead- Inside Sales Team (Parts Division)
A growing local parts organization is seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead to lead a small team of inside sales representatives focused on parts sales and inventory management. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching teams to exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor daily sales activity, performance metrics, key accounts and inventory management
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to enhance team effectiveness
- Support team members with complex customer inquiries, quotations, and order management
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, purchasing, and customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within parts, distribution, or a related industry
- Inventory management experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective action plans
- Proficient in CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial
What’s Offered:
- This is a regular, full-time position with a starting salary of $65,000 – 75,000 per annum based on the successful candidate’s experience related to this role.
