Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. Must be Smart Serve certified.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using a POS system
- Answering phone and processing take out orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Other duties as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to multi task.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Knowledge of food service
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred)
