Job Summary:
AlfaDefence Security is seeking a professional, reliable, and highly vigilant Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol designated premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
- Operate and maintain security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Produce daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Enforce property and safety rules while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of security experience preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
Job Types: Seasonal, Casual, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: From $15.90 per hour

- Fredericton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
