This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality control and precise data collection to facilitate accurate analysis and research outcomes. Provides Customer support when needed.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a regulated, high-standard laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of Manufacturing, laboratory experiments and tests
- Support material characterization, sample preparation, and routine lab analyses
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal quality systems (ISO 13485 environment)
- Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and workspace
- Participate in R&D activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic R&D environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic laboratory experience (academic or internship) is an asset
