Duties
- Lead interactive STEM lessons and enrichment activities designed for early learners, encouraging exploration and critical thinking
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates children to participate actively and confidently
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental levels of young students
- Support students in completing experiments, projects, and problem-solving tasks with enthusiasm and patience
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative curriculum ideas that align with educational standards and student interests
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment conducive to hands-on learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and engagement in activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching young children, especially within early childhood education settings
- Strong passion for STEM subjects such as science, technology, engineering, or math
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment
