We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, follow recipes and instructions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure that all food is stored properly and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper working order.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and storage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
