Opportunity
Loader Operators are an essential part of our asphalt plant operations. Working closely with the Site Supervisor and other crew members, the Loader Operator is responsible for operating the loader in a safe and efficient manner to load and unload oil and asphalt materials. We are looking for an experienced loader operator with a strong work-ethic and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and variable environment. This position follows a 10 and 4 schedule and regular travel.
Qualifications
› Minimum Class 5 driver’s license
› Be in good physical condition
› Ability to problem-solve
› Strong interpersonal & communication skills
› Experience operating loaders and skid steers
Duties & Responsibilities
› Cooperate with the Site Supervisor and other crew members
› Operate the loader in a safe and efficient manner
› Complete daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
› Load & unload oil and asphalt products
› Assist in setting up and tearing down the plant site
› Participate in daily safety meetings and follow safe job practices and procedures
Compensation
› $50/day for meals
