Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Build rapport with clients through professional and courteous interactions
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings to enhance sales presentations
- Participate in training sessions to refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions effectively
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development practices
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking leads and managing customer data
- Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle rejection professionally
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
