Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This role is essential for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to engage with clients effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via telemarketing calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations, assessing client needs, and determining their suitability for our offerings
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their availability and needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled meetings within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies that improve appointment rates
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure commitments for meetings or product demonstrations
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles preferred
- Strong background in customer service, marketing, or technical sales is advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in negotiation and business development techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
- Prior experience in technology sales or B2B environments is beneficial but not required
