Job description
The Benisti Group is currently seeking a Leasing Manager to join the Property Management Team for leasing of 450 luxury apartments in the Montreal downtown core. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and sales oriented. The candidate must be organized and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads. The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent sales skills and an impeccable presentation.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct on site visits with prospective tenants
- Assist clients in filling out leasing application and collect all supporting documents
- Assist Property Manager in ensuring all tenants files including electronic files are complete and accurate and have valid executed documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports
- Offer input/suggestions for promotions, advertisement and any other marketing initiatives
- Conduct market surveys and competition reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years related leasing/sales experience in Residential Leasing
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to travel within Montreal area
- Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
