About the Role
As the Peterborough Branch Manager, you will have complete ownership of the branch’s day-to-day operations, growth strategy, customer experience, and financial performance.
You will lead the team as if it were your own business while having the support, systems, marketing, and resources of The Gravity Group behind you.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily branch operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team.
- Recruit plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and office staff.
- Grow residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service throughout the Peterborough market.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Drive Google Reviews and Gravity Shield memberships.
- Monitor and manage the branch P&L.
- Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
- Hold weekly KPI meetings with senior leadership.
- Create a culture focused on accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing service operations.
- Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience is a strong asset.
- Strong business and financial understanding.
- Experience managing technicians and office staff.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something significant.
