Job Overview
Experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor with 2 years of supervisory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel environments. Skilled in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, supervising cleaning staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Knowledgeable in Opera PMS, laundry operations, room inspections, inventory management, and team coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are consistently maintained.
- Train and support housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel policies.
- Conduct room inspections and monitor quality control to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage laundry operations, housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory efficiently.
- Utilize Opera PMS for room status updates, scheduling, and housekeeping coordination.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
- Develop staff schedules and assign duties to maximize productivity and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain effective communication between housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance departments.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping team members.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel housekeeping operations.
- Experience in laundry operations, room inspections, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform housekeeping duties when required.

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
