Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines, performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, and handling heavy lifting as required. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth production operations, equipment efficiency, and workplace safety. Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and work areas.
- Load and unload materials, parts, and products safely.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as required throughout the shift.
- Inspect products and materials for quality and report any issues or defects.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with setup and changeover of machines between production runs.
- Keep accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and use hand tools safely.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
