Shipping Coordinator / General Labourer
MC3 Manufacturing Inc. – Leamington, ON – $22–$27/hr
The role
Every order that leaves this building goes out under your watch. You’re the last set of hands on it – the one who makes sure it’s packed right, the paperwork is done, and the carrier is booked. When a customer gets their order on time and in perfect shape, that’s a direct result of the work you did.
We’re looking for someone who takes that kind of accountability seriously. Someone who catches a mistake before it goes out the door. Someone who understands that consistency and attention to detail aren’t small things – they’re what the job is built on.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll pack and ship finished products, complete all the required documentation, and coordinate with carriers to get orders out the door on time. You’ll keep the dock running smoothly and make sure other departments have what they need to stay on track. You’ll also operate a forklift and handle heavy materials – this is a physical, on-your-feet role.
Day to day
- Pack and ship finished products accurately and on time
- Operate the forklift and handle heavy loads safely
- Complete shipping paperwork – Bills of Lading, packing slips, carrier forms
- Book pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies
- Keep other departments informed so nothing gets missed
- Help in Assembly, Paint, or wherever the shop needs a hand
- Keep the dock and shipping area clean, organized, and running properly
- Follow safety procedures – always
What we’re looking for

- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Basic computer skills for data entry and completing documentation
- Forklift certified, or willing to get certified – we’ll help with training
- Organized, reliable, and someone who follows through
- Clear communicator who works well with others
Experience in shipping or a warehouse is an asset, but it’s not what we’re looking for. We’ll teach you the job. What we can’t teach is the mindset.

- This is a full-time, on-site Shipping Coordinator / General Labourer position
- Overtime is a regular part of this role – 48+ hours per week is common during busy periods and should be expected
