Duties

- Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning sessions as scheduled.

Requirements

AetherHaus is seeking a part time/Full time Support Staff to join our team. Our mission is to cultivate a sauna and cold plunge culture rooted in European traditions, genuine hospitality, and a deep respect for community wellbeing.
Position Overview:
The Support Staff Team Member plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the AetherHaus experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly attentive to detail, organized, and deeply committed to creating a beautiful, welcoming space for guests. Support Staff ensure our facilities are pristine, our guests are cared for, and the environment consistently meets the high standards of AetherHaus. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including saunas, plunge pools, changing rooms, and lounges
- Restock essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, refreshments, and other amenities
- Support the Reception Team and Guides by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
- Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift cleaning and resetting tasks according to daily checklists
- Assist with light laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing towels
- Offer occasional guest support through way-finding, minor service assistance, and product knowledge
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the Reception Team, Guides, and Management to support operational flow
- Uphold all AetherHaus health, safety, and cleanliness standards
