We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality esthetic services including facials, skin care, nail services, facial waxing, body treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Offer personalized consultations to clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications
- Completion of esthetician program
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about services and products.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling beauty products.
- Knowledge of facial waxing, skin care, lash and brow services, nail care, laser, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
