Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on job sites.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including roofing and repairs.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
