Stellantis Canada is looking for a Business Analytics Co-op Student – Aftersales, Sales & Marketing to support the Mopar Parts, Service, Accessories, and Customer Care business. This team plays a key role in driving dealer performance, customer retention, sales growth, and the overall ownership experience for brands including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo.
This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, identifying trends, and turning information into clear business insights. The successful candidate will support reporting and analytics tied to sales performance, dealer performance, customer retention, accessories, service, wholesale parts, collision, tires, and other growth areas within the business.
This is not just a reporting role. You will help the team understand what is driving performance, where opportunities exist, and how data can support better decisions across Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analytics Co-op Student will support the Aftersales, Sales & Marketing team by:
- Analyzing sales, marketing, dealer, and customer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Updating, maintaining, and improving Aftersales business performance reporting across key Parts, Service, Accessories, and dealer network KPIs
- Building and enhancing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other available data sources
- Preparing clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Supporting data requests and reporting inquiries from internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and other business areas
- Helping simplify complex data into clear insights, charts, and business recommendations
- Participating in internal business meetings and contributing to ongoing analytics discussions
- Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed of insight
- Assisting with ad-hoc analytical requests that support business planning, performance tracking, and decision-making
