Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on preparing quality food while helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate menu items with consistency, accuracy, and care for presentation
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and station setup
- Keep your work area and the kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth service, especially during busy periods
- Monitor inventory and report low supplies when needed
- Store food properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important
- Understanding of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team-focused attitude with clear communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and ingredients
